MYOFASCIAL AND ACUPRESSURE THERAPY
Increasing circulation, flexibility, range of motion, and healthy musculature. Decreasing inflammation, tension and discomfort.
What is Myofascial release and adjustment therapy?
The Myofascial system is the "Myo" meaning muscle and the fascia being the thin white membrane that covers every muscle. Trauma, inflammatory responses, stress and tension can produce tensile pressures of approximately 2000lbs per square inch on these sensitive structures causing significant discomfort and restriction. Myofascial therapy is the gentle release of this tension through light pressure and movement that restores length and flexibility.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY HORSE FOR A SESSION?
Make sure your horse is caught and cleaned before a session, provide flat ground that is away from the elements if needed. If you have been given recommendations for pre-session try to have them completed before I arrive (BOT therapy, lunging, etc).
Most importantly come with a open mind and calm energy!
DO YOU TRAVEL?
I am available to travel upon request, a small travel fee may apply depending on the location and number of horses.
Tip: larger groups do not have additional travel fees, so gather up all your barn buddies to keep your cost low!
WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP MY HORSE IN-BETWEEN SESSIONS?
Each horse is given a customized set of recommendations after a session. Adding these exercises to your regular riding program will help maintain your horse in-between sessions.
